I work with children, young people and their families who have mental health difficulties, and often bring craft, and creativity into my work.
I offer workshops, courses, training and supervision to individuals and organisations about the therapeutic benefits of knitting.
My podcast - Why I Knit- explores how knitting can benefit our mental health. In each episode I interview a different knitter about why they knit and how it benefits their mental well-being.
